Lord, I life my husband to You today and pray, according to Your Word, that:

>You give him strength to lead (Joshua1:7), time to know his family (John 10:14) and a passion to manage his home (I Timothy 3:4).

>You bless his work and show him daily how to honor You in his attitude and spirit; confirm the work of his hands unto Your purpose (Psalm 90:16-17; Daniel 6).

>He will be a wise steward of our finances and all we possess, remembering that all things are Yours and entrusted to us for Your purposes (Matthew 6:19-21; Luke 16:10-13).

>He will love You with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength and hate evil (Mark 12:30; Psalm 97:10).

>He will be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger (James 1:19).

>You protect him physically, mentally and spiritually (Psalm 28:7-9; Psalm 41; John 17:15; 2 Thessalonians 3:3).

>You give him the desire to teach and model a godly lifestyle for his children (Deuteronomy 6; Psalm 78:5-7).

>You will instruct him and teach him in the way he should go (Psalm 32:8); give him peace in the circumstances and integrity in decisions he must face today (I Corinthians 14:33; Proverbs 11:3).

>He would meditate day and night on Your Word, pray without ceasing (Psalm 1:1-3; Psalm 119:18, 73; I Thessalonians 5:17), and stay faithful to Christ to the end (Hebrews 12:1-2).

>He would develop strong relationships with other godly men (Ephesians 4:24-25; Hebrews 10 :24).

    1. You are very welcome! It isn’t my original work though. I believe Family Life Today is the publisher. It touched my heart when I first received a copy of it and that’s why I post it and keep it here. So glad it blessed you too!

      1. Tiffany, I have been looking all over for this older version of the prayer card. Do you by any chance have any of these cards? And do you have the older version of the Lifting My Wife Through Prayer as well? Also, could you please put on here the back side of the prayer card? So I can copy it if you do not have any other copies of this older version of the prayer card? Thanks! June Bassett

      2. Hi June! I only have one copy of each of these cards and it is only this version. Family Life Today published them though. I’m sure you could contact them and get a copy! I will go find the originals and see about getting the other side up here too. It might take me a bit to dig them up! Thanks so much for your comment,
        Tiffany

  3. Tiffany, I have contacted Family Life, Campus Crusade, Christian Bookstore, and several other smaller sites, in an effort to find the older prayer cards. I have the newer ones. But, have been looking for the older ones, they are out of print, and therefore no longer available. So, that is why I am reaching out to you. I printed out the front side, but would like the back side, as well, if you can find them. Thanks. June Bassett

      1. Hi, I just came across this posting & thread, and similar to June, I am desperately looking for the information on the BACK of the “Lifting My Husband Through Prayer” card w/the 2006 Copyright. I still have a couple copies of the Wife & Children cards from those packs, but I’m thinking I gave away my very last Husband card, as I can’t find it ANYWHERE!!!
So if you possibly still have what you emailed to June, could you please send that to me as well. My husband and I joined a Marriage Ministry Team last fall, and I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to use this resource for wives.
