• Any kind of powdered drink mix in single packs, i.e. gatorade, poweraide, crystal light, ocean spray, etc.

• Phone Cards-make double sure they can be used in Afghanistan!
• Shampoo, travel size

• Sunscreen (preferrably the no rub spray kind)
• Insect repellant (with ALOT of DEET, 90% or more)
• Body Wash (bar soap is cumbersome)
• Shaving Cream
• Razors (Mach 3 Turbo)
• Moleskin (some stuff that goes on your feet…i dunno…)
• Athletic Tape (black or brown)
• DVD’s-any new releases since he won’t get a chance to go see them!

• M&M’s and other candy
• Saline Solution (for soft lenses) in small bottles not the big ones
• Trail Mix (fruit medley one from Costco is his favorite)
